We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Internal Communications to lead our communication strategies. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies that promote transparency and engagement throughout the organization.
Create and oversee the execution of internal communication campaigns, including newsletters, announcements, and intranet content.
Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and updates that will inform communication deliverables.
Provide guidance on best practices for team communication and support management in delivering key messages effectively.
Monitor and analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to continuously optimize communication efforts.
Facilitate training and workshops on effective communication practices for team leaders and employees.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to internal messaging.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in strategic planning related to internal communications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a communications role, with a focus on internal communications preferred.
Certifications in communications or public relations (e.g., APR, Accredited Business Communicator) are a plus.

The Director of Internal Communications will work closely with the executive team to set the tone for all internal messaging.
