AirSculpt® is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Project Management to lead strategic Operations projects and initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment across executive leadership and department heads. This role plays a critical part in driving execution, maintaining accountability, and ensuring timely delivery of key organizational priorities.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and brings strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. They will oversee project timelines, monitor progress, and remove roadblocks to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope, as well as implement projects in the field.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with the ability to connect strategy to execution and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved on schedule and within scope.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure clarity, accountability, and successful execution.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and adjusting plans as business needs evolve.
Facilitate regular coordination meetings to track progress, enforce accountability, and drive timely resolution of open items or roadblocks.
Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on time and within budget.
Build strong, trusted relationships across departments to promote collaboration and ensure clear communication between leadership and teams.
Support organizational alignment by ensuring projects and initiatives are connected to broader business objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational priorities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in strategic project management with Operations
Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring accountability and measurable business results.
Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in project management platforms, calendar systems, and collaboration tools.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with professional presence and the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization, including leadership and board members.

Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)
Push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation

$100-130K. Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
