We help individuals, families, investors and employers navigate NZ visa and residence processes with empathy, precision and unwavering compliance. We are now looking for a results-driven marketing & sales professional to accelerate our pipeline of high-value clients and expand our digital presence.

Why This Role Matters

Your mission is simple: generate qualified consultation bookings and increase revenue. You will own the full growth funnel—from strategy through execution and reporting—while working directly with the Director/Licensed Immigration Adviser.

Core Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning – Audit current channels, identify quick-wins, build a 90-day growth roadmap with clear KPIs.
Demand Generation – Design and run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok/Meta, Google Ads, email nurture, webinars) tailored to migrants and NZ employers.
Content & Copy – Craft persuasive short-form copy, ad creatives, landing pages and lead magnets that meet legal-industry standards for accuracy and tone.
Social Selling – Manage the Director’s LinkedIn presence, engage in relevant groups, and book discovery calls.
Partnership & Referral Programs – Source, negotiate and manage affiliate or referral agreements with relocation partners, education agents and expat communities.
CRM & Marketing Ops – Build workflows, manage lead scoring, and automate follow-ups.
Analytics & Reporting – Deliver weekly dashboards and actionable insights; iterate based on CAC, ROAS and funnel performance.

Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years hands-on growth marketing and B2B/B2C sales experience for law firms, professional services or regulated industries.
Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth (please share specific metrics).
Fluent, polished English—both written and spoken (C2-level).
Deep knowledge of digital ad platforms, SEO fundamentals, email automation and CRM hygiene.
Comfortable working NZ business hours overlap (minimum 3 hours/day).
Self-employed or registered as an independent contractor; able to invoice and manage taxes in compliance with local regulations.

Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with New Zealand immigration or other common-law jurisdictions.
Graphic design skills (Canva) and video editing.
Experience using common marketing and sales related platform.

Compensation & Contract

Hourly rate: NZD 10 – 15 (+ performance bonuses) depending on demonstrable ROI.
Hours: 5–10 per week to start; scalable as results justify.
Contract type: Independent contractor via Remote.com (you keep full autonomy and supply your own equipment).
