We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets to help the company make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and create reports that drive business strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.
Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
Translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to understand data needs.
Support decision-making processes by providing timely and accurate data analysis.
Perform ad hoc analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
Ensure data quality and integrity by conducting regular audits and validations.
Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a bonus.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
