What we are looking for

Experience with multiple products in the Laravel ecosystem
2+ years experience in PHP w/ Laravel
Experience with frontend development (Reactjs, Vuejs, Livewire, etc)
Bonus points if you have experience with Tailwindcss
Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon regarding estimates and the general process.
Ability to identify with Bluelight's clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
Forensic attention to detail.
