About the Role:

We are currently in search of a reliable and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior executive. This fully remote position is ideal for an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing a variety of administrative tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required
Handle essential email correspondence and follow-ups
Maintain and update task lists and priorities on behalf of the executive
Organize and maintain digital files and records systematically
Maintain and update contact lists, records, and internal databases
Assist with light research and the preparation of presentation materials
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders
Support special projects or tasks as requested

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, task/project management software)
Tech-savvy, dependable, and possessing a professional demeanor
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
