Creative Director

Rate: €50–75 per hour (depending on experience)

Location: Remote – international collaboration

Availability: Working hours within the EMEA time zone

Contract Type: Freelance, with the intention of a long-term partnership

My Client

My client is an international creative platform where art, fashion, and design converge. We collaborate with forward-thinking artists, brands, and visionaries to create work that challenges convention and tells stories that stay with people. Our mission is to craft meaningful visual experiences — online and offline — that connect artistic expression with contemporary brand identity.

The Role

As Creative Director, you will lead the visual, content, and strategic direction of my client. You will oversee the brand’s creative identity, online presence, and overall artistic output — ensuring every touchpoint feels inspiring, cohesive, and authentic. You’ll be responsible for how people experience the brand digitally: keeping visitors engaged, deepening their connection, and driving ongoing discovery. You’ll also build and lead a multidisciplinary creative team for long-term growth and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities are:

Brand & Creative Vision: Define, evolve, and protect the creative and visual direction of My client across all platforms.

Content Leadership: Oversee the creation and curation of all content — including website, social media, newsletters, and digital campaigns.

Website & User Experience: Ensure a consistent and engaging online experience; analyze visitor behavior and optimize conversion and retention.

Online Advertising: Develop and manage online advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) to increase visibility, traffic, and engagement.

Creative Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and inspire an international team of designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters.

Project Oversight: Manage creative workflows, budgets, and timelines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with the founders on new initiatives, partnerships, and the global creative strategy.

About You

5–7+ years of experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or Senior Content Lead.

Experience in the world of Wall Art, Posters etc

Strong portfolio showcasing multidisciplinary creativity across digital, visual, and brand storytelling.

Experience with website management, UX/SEO, and data-driven optimization.

Strong conceptual and strategic thinking paired with aesthetic sensibility.

Proven ability to build and lead creative teams.

Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.

Fluent in English (working language); other languages are a plus.

Available to work within EMEA time zone hours.
