Job Overview

Capsicure is looking for a results-oriented and strategically minded Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and launch of innovative technology solutions. As a key member of our product team, you’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision, manage roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and client success teams to develop features and enhancements.

• Conduct market and user research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities.

• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.

• Manage product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration.

• Prioritize and groom product backlogs based on business goals and user value.

• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to improve product performance.

• Ensure alignment with overall business strategy and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing details.

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

• Passion for innovation, user experience, and delivering high-impact solutions.
