Purpose of Position

CASETiFY is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy from our headquarters in Hong Kong. This is a pivotal role for a leader who is deeply data-driven, thrives on innovation, and has a proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams on a global scale. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the brand’s narrative, overseeing all marketing functions, and driving our ambitious growth plans.

Job Description

As the Global Head of Marketing, you will be the ultimate brand champion, ensuring a consistent message and identity across all markets and channels. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals across multiple disciplines, providing them with strategic direction and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a leader who can effectively manage and guide the following teams:

Overall Brand Strategy: Define and execute a cohesive global brand strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives significant revenue growth. You will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency and relevance across all touchpoints.
Regional Marketing Teams: Provide strategic direction to regional marketing teams, empowering them to localize global campaigns while maintaining brand integrity. You will ensure seamless communication and collaboration between headquarters and regional offices.
Public Relations: Drive a proactive and strategic PR agenda to enhance brand reputation, secure top-tier media placements, and manage crisis communications effectively.
Social Media: Oversee the social media strategy to build a thriving community, maximize engagement, and establish the brand as a leader in cultural trends.
Influencer Marketing: Lead the development of our global influencer program, forging authentic partnerships that drive brand advocacy and expand our reach.
Integrated Marketing & Activations: Champion a unified approach to marketing by ensuring all campaigns, from digital to physical activations, work together to create a cohesive and impactful customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the global marketing vision and strategy to drive customer acquisition, improve retention, and expand market penetration.
Develop and manage the multi-million dollar marketing budget, demonstrating a clear return on marketing investment (ROMI).
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Optimize the end-to-end customer journey using data-driven insights to improve key metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Cultivate and champion brand affinity by monitoring and improving key brand health metrics and social media engagement.

Requirement

A seasoned marketing leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience (with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role), with a focus on global marketing strategy.
A proven people leader with a track record of building, managing, and inspiring diverse, high-performing teams, including remote teams.
Experienced in working for a hyper-growth direct-to-consumer (D2C) or omnichannel company with both online and offline sales.
Highly data-driven, with a strong understanding of marketing analytics and a results-oriented mindset.
A strategic thinker who can translate complex market data and consumer insights into actionable, high-impact marketing plans.
Obsessed with process and frameworks as a tool to drive consistent business results.
Possesses a strong aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of Gen Z culture.
An innovative leader with a growth mindset.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and public speaking abilities.
Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
