The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting port managers by managing and assisting with various projects and providing administrative support. Key responsibilities include handling phone, email, and in-person inquiries, and assisting with crew directions.

Essential Duties:

Professionally and courteously answer the office toll-free information line.
Process advance ticket sales and prepare sales reports for accounts receivable.
Distribute passenger manifests to boat crews efficiently.
Coordinate ticket sales with local vendors effectively.
Dispatch and/or drive guest shuttles; a valid driver's license may be required.
Handle all email inquiries professionally and use proper grammar.
Maintain and track accounts payable receipts and the petty cash fund.
Process paperwork for new employees, including printing and distributing training manuals and documents.
Receive and organize uniforms, manage inventory, and distribute to new employees.
Administer crew travel benefits, including issuing per diem payments.
Manage employee compensation benefit programs for company tours and other local excursions.
Ensure office equipment is functioning properly; troubleshoot and schedule service for equipment as needed, and maintain office supplies for the division.
