🎓 Role Overview

As a University Relations Coordinator, you will be the bridge between Chevron Oil Group and top-tier universities across united state and canada. You’ll design and execute strategies to attract, engage, and recruit early-career talent through internships, graduate programs, and campus events.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations
Coordinate internship and graduate trainee recruitment campaigns
Organize and represent Chevron at career fairs, campus talks, and networking events
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify early-career talent needs
Support onboarding and mentorship programs for interns and new graduates
Track and report on recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines
Promote Chevron’s employer brand through digital and campus channels

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
1+ years experience in university relations, campus recruitment, or talent acquisition
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Passion for youth development and talent engagement
Ability to travel locally and regionally for campus events
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
