JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in accounting or related field

At least 2 years Accounts Payable experience

Cargowise Experience

Proficient in Windows environment applications - Word, Excel, Outlook

Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to details

Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written

Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Efficient team member, especially in dynamic situations

Able to work well independently with limited supervision

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving, verifying, processing vendor’s invoice.

Ensuring that invoices are correctly addressed to the right party

Manage account reconciliations and payments

Resolve occurring issues before invoice due date

Review past due accounts

Performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling vendor statements and addressing discrepancies.

Systematic scheduling of accounts payable of different business units and ensuring invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner.

Close coordination with internal departments to analyze, interpret and correctly account payments.
