ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of marketing leadership experience required; 10+ years preferred
5+ years of mortgage industry experience (wholesale, retail, correspondent)
Ability to travel for industry events and broker meetings (15-20%)
