Bootstrapped and founder-led since 2012, we’ve grown into a highly scalable business generating over $10 million in annual revenue, with a lean team of fewer than 20 people across Marketing, Operations, and Technology.

The Role
As a Client Success Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting and strengthening client relationships to ensure they get the most value from our platform and services. Your responsibilities include onboarding new clients through consultative sales calls that help uncover their goals and recommend tailored solutions, driving client growth through conversions, upselling relevant services, and re-engaging lapsed accounts.

This is a performance-driven role with clear KPIs focused on client conversions, upsell value, and retention rates. While delivering an excellent client experience is key, success will also be measured by your ability to generate revenue through proactive, relationship-led sales activity.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, resilient, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, navigate challenges with a positive mindset, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Responsibilities, Skills & Experience

Experience in SEO is highly desirable.
Ideally, over 12 months of experience in client success, account management, or sales-related roles
Deliver exceptional service and support to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Conduct consultative onboarding calls that also serve as sales opportunities to convert leads into active clients
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue them.
Maintain a proactive and positive mindset in all client interactions
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities suited to remote working
Comfortable managing multiple client relationships and accurately tracking their progress and sales activity
Must be comfortable with recorded video calls as part of regular client communication
Must be able to travel to represent the company at international events (travel costs covered by fatjoe)
