Our client is seeking Software Engineers to join their AI research community as AI Tutors. In this innovative role, you will leverage your coding knowledge to train AI models, ensuring accuracy. You’ll complete a short video assessment in the Alignerr's website with Zara, their AI recruiter, designed to evaluate your skills and confirm compliance. If you pass, we’ll move forward with onboarding.

Projects tend to get filled in very quickly so PLEASE COMPLETE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Your Day to Day

Assess the quality of AI-generated code and provide human-readable summaries explaining your evaluation.
Solve coding problems by writing functional and efficient code.
Create human-readable summaries of coding problems and their solutions.

About You

Fluency in English with the ability to articulate code and abstract concepts clearly. (Required)
Proficiency with one or more of the following programming languages is preferred: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, C/C++/C#, and/or HTML.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Students are welcome. (Master's and PhD's preferred)
Proficiency working with any of the the following (in addition to the languages above): Swift, Ruby, Rust, Go, NET, Matlab, PHP, HTML, DART, R, Apex, and Shell
Interest in AI and machine learning concepts

Details

Work arrangement: Remote and asynchronous, work from anywhere, on your own schedule.

Hours: Flexible, based on project length and availability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed or in progress) from an accredited institution.

Fluent in English (required).

Strong writing style with excellent spelling and grammar in English.

Critical eye for detail and the ability to clearly articulate strengths and weaknesses in written text.

Professional writing experience in roles such as researcher, journalist, technical writer, or editor.

Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
