About The Role

The Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and deploy scalable, high-quality features that power our hiring intelligence platform. This role requires strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Redux, Node, and relational databases, with a focus on customer-centric architecture and test-driven development. As a key contributor, you’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive the technical roadmap and deliver impactful solutions that transform the hiring experience.

About You:

3+ years experience in Software development
2+ years experience in Javascript/Typescript and a Frontend framework, preferably React / Redux
Advanced knowledge of web development, with a deep understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem
Experience in Object-Oriented Design and Development and test-driven development
Experience with relational databases
Solid understanding of REST communication
Excellent time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable learning new technologies and systems
Very strong attention to detail

Architect scalable solutions with a customer-centric focus
Build, test, and deploy high-quality features
Work with languages, technologies, and platforms such as React, Redux, Node, Javascript/Typescript, Redis, Postgres, AWS Cloud Technologies
Be a key contributor to the technical roadmap
Collaborate with engineer and product team to foster strong engineering principles and represent our engineering values
Utilize product requirements and engage with cross functional teams to deliver rapidly evolving product features in a timely manner
