Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights that drive business improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Engage in project management activities, supporting the implementation of data-driven initiatives.
Provide support in the design and execution of analytical projects from start to finish.
Monitor and assess project progress and outcomes to ensure successful execution against business goals.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.

What We Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proficient data analysis skills; experience with relevant data analysis tools preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analysis role or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to various stakeholders.
Familiarity with industry-standard certifications (such as Certified Business Analysis Professional) is a plus.
