🎯 Role Overview

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the first line of defense for technical issues across GROWMARK’s systems. You’ll provide responsive, knowledgeable support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and help maintain the integrity of our IT environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting and wants to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

🧠 Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues across multiple platforms
Assist with onboarding/offboarding users, including account setup and device provisioning
Maintain documentation for support procedures and knowledge base articles
Collaborate with IT team members on system upgrades, security patches, and infrastructure projects
Monitor ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of requests
Educate users on best practices and basic troubleshooting

✅ Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Bonus: Experience with agricultural software platforms or ERP systems
