Position Summary

Growmark is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Education & Training Content Developer to design and deliver engaging learning materials for internal teams, cooperative members, and industry partners. This remote role is ideal for individuals passionate about instructional design, adult learning, and agricultural education.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and update training content including e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, job aids, and assessments
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across agronomy, energy, and business units to translate technical knowledge into accessible learning experiences
Apply instructional design principles to create content that supports diverse learning styles and professional development goals
Manage content within learning management systems (LMS) and ensure materials meet accessibility and compliance standards
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and performance metrics
Stay current with trends in education technology, agriculture, and cooperative development

Qualifications

degree in Education, Instructional Design, Agricultural Communications, or related field
1+ year of experience in curriculum development or training content creation (internships or academic projects count!)
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Familiarity with agricultural systems or cooperative business models is a plus
