🤝 Role Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for Growmark’s products and services, ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance. You’ll work closely with our retail network, internal teams, and end-users to foster long-term relationships and drive satisfaction across every touchpoint.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, onboarding, and support
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
Monitor customer engagement and proactively address issues or opportunities
Provide training and resources to help customers maximize product value
Track and report on customer feedback, usage trends, and satisfaction metrics

🎯 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms
Passion for agriculture, energy, or cooperative business models is a plus
