💼 Job Summary:

GROWMARK is seeking a highly motivated Digital Assistant Product Specialist to lead the development, integration, and enhancement of AI-powered digital assistant solutions for internal operations and customer-facing services. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to improve productivity, customer service, and digital engagement through intelligent automation tools.

🧠 Key Responsibilities:

🤖 Digital Assistant Development & Strategy

Collaborate with product, IT, and customer service teams to define the use cases for digital assistants (chatbots, voice bots, internal assistants).
Partner with third-party platforms or internal developers to integrate AI tools into GROWMARK's ecosystem (e.g., MyFS, Agri-Finance platforms).

💬 Conversation Design & Content

Design intelligent conversational flows that assist users in areas such as ordering, account info, product inquiries, and technical support.
Ensure tone and content are aligned with GROWMARK’s cooperative values and customer service standards.

📊 Data & Performance Monitoring

Analyze user interactions to identify trends, friction points, and improvement opportunities.
Use data dashboards to monitor assistant performance (accuracy, resolution rate, hand-off rate).

🔐 Compliance & Privacy

Ensure digital assistant solutions are compliant with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Work with cybersecurity and legal teams to uphold privacy and ethical AI standards.

🧪 Testing & Optimization

Oversee A/B testing, usability tests, and NLP training to continuously enhance assistant performance.
Coordinate with QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and minimal errors.

🧩 Key Qualifications:

✅ Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, AgTech, or a related field
1+ years of experience working with digital assistants, chatbots, or automation platforms
Knowledge of AI tools such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM Watson Assistant
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with metrics/KPIs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in agriculture, cooperative systems, or logistics
Understanding of agricultural terminology and customer behavior
Familiarity with GROWMARK systems or similar ag retail platforms
