Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly dynamic and proactive Marketing and Communication Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on marketing, brand management, digital communication, and other associated tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and digital communication. The candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

Work with the COO to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Manage and create content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.
Coordinate marketing events and promotional activities.
Monitor and report on marketing metrics and performance using data to drive continuous improvement.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop and support sales initiatives and promotional activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and communications trends and technologies.
Ensure all communications align with the company’s brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or educational qualification in marketing and digital communication (can be close to completion)
Preferred knowledge of the Rwandan Real Estate sector.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Drive Suite and marketing software/tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and proactive problem solving skills.
Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations is a plus.
