We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Remote Live Chat Agent to join our growing support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers via live chat, providing real-time assistance, resolving issues, answering inquiries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions or escalate when necessary.
Guide users through website navigation, product selection, or account setup.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system.
Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with the team.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in a customer service or live chat role is a plus.
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to type at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed.
