Role Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The NP will deliver virtual patient care focused on metabolic health, obesity management, hormonal therapies, and longevity interventions. This role is integral to our clinical team, requiring collaborative engagement with multidisciplinary healthcare providers, contributing to a high-quality patient experience and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments, virtual consultations, and follow-up visits focusing on metabolic health, obesity management, hormonal balance, and longevity care.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans including lifestyle modifications, nutritional counseling, pharmacotherapy, and preventive care strategies.
Review and interpret patient lab results, diagnostic tests, and wearable health data to make informed clinical decisions.
Educate patients on condition management, preventive health, lifestyle changes, and treatment adherence to optimize clinical outcomes.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, dietitians, health coaches, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Document patient care thoroughly and accurately in electronic health records (EHR), maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, contributing to clinical guidelines, protocols, and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Current, unrestricted NP license in good standing in at least one US state (multiple state licenses preferred).
National certification (e.g., ANCC or AANP).
DEA certification and prescriptive authority.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience; expertise in metabolic health, endocrinology, obesity medicine, or preventive care strongly preferred.
Proven experience delivering telehealth or virtual patient care.
Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to educate and engage patients virtually.
Comfortable using digital health tools, telemedicine software, EHR systems, and wearable health technologies.

Preferred Competencies:

Certification or special training in obesity medicine, endocrinology, or related fields.
Experience with metabolic health treatments including GLP-1 agonists, hormone replacement therapies, and lifestyle intervention programs.
Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced startup or innovative healthcare setting.
Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to a rapidly evolving digital health environment.
