We’re growing fast and are looking for a creative, ambitious Social Media Manager to help scale our visibility, engagement, and influence across platforms — especially on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Medium.

Role Overview

We’re seeking someone who lives and breathes social media — someone who gets excited about going viral, jumps on trends before they explode, and knows how to translate attention into action.

Your job will be to grow our digital presence, drive engagement, and build community by creating and managing content, identifying viral opportunities, and making MicroPal a recognizable name in startup and automation circles.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule high-performing content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
Write engaging, witty, and value-packed posts (with a strong understanding of the MicroPal voice)
Monitor trends, hashtags, and emerging formats to keep our brand fresh and relevant
Engage with influencers, founders, and industry leaders through comments and reactions (from our brand page)
Track analytics and tweak strategy based on what’s working (or not)
Repurpose content across formats (e.g., turn a blog into a thread, or a thread into a carousel)
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and AI tools to speed up content creation

✅ Requirements

6 Months — 3 years of proven experience managing social media for brands, startups, or creators
Strong grasp of LinkedIn and X/Twitter culture and content mechanics
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Obsessed with engagement, growth hacking, and making content go viral
Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hypefury, Later, etc.)
Comfortable using tools like Canva, Notion, ChatGPT, or Gemini for productivity and creative ideation
Bonus: Experience in no-code, SaaS, startup, or automation spaces
