What We Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams.
Experience in engineering project management and execution.
Proficiency in relevant software tools used within engineering disciplines.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering environments, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Certifications related to engineering management are preferred (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
