Mystery Shopper

HGEM is looking for mystery shoppers in Berlin. We reimburse the cost of eating out in return for a report on your experience. The report will be used by the operator of the shop or restaurant to help them monitor and improve performance. We may sometimes pay extra for some visits, but note that the reimbursement is normally the only reward (as well as knowing you may be helping future customers to have a good experience!).

You can register at https://www.mysterydining.net. Once registered, it works like this:

• Browse for visits in your area (you can do this as little or often as you like).

• Book a visit that fits your schedule.

• Preview the questionnaire and brief.

• Visit on the day you booked - have a normal customer experience, but make observations based on the questionnaire.

• Complete a visit report (usually by the next working day).

• We may contact you if any clarifications are required, and then it will be submitted to out client.

• We then reimburse the agreed amount into your registered account.
