What You’ll Do

Algorithm & Model Development:

Design, implement, and integrate advanced ML models and statistical forecasting techniques that predict demand, optimize inventory, and streamline operations.
Develop robust LP, MILP, and CP solver integrations tailored for the complexities of supply chain management, ensuring efficient and scalable optimization.

Technology Strategy & Execution:

Define and lead the technical vision for our forecasting and optimization modules, selecting the right frameworks, libraries, and tools to deliver a best-in-class product.
Collaborate closely with the founding team to translate business challenges into actionable technical projects, balancing experimental innovation with pragmatic, scalable solutions.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

Work alongside product managers, supply chain experts, and external partners to ensure technical deliverables align with market needs and operational realities.
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise:

3-5 years in software development with a strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, or operations research.
Demonstrable experience with LP/MILP/CP solvers and integrating optimization and forecasting algorithms into production systems.
Proven track record in developing and launching MVPs or new product features in a SaaS or startup environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in languages such as Python and Typescript.
Statistical timeseries forecasting frameworks. (e.g. Nixtla)
Machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Mathematical Optimization engines. (e.g. Gurobi, CPLEX, Timefold, Hexaly)

Leadership & Mindset:

Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, and the ability to take ownership of complex projects with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
