About the Role:

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and business acumen to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in turning data into insights that support business decisions, performance optimization, and strategic initiatives.

Must to Have

2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
Experience with data cleaning, wrangling, and visualization
Ability to translate business questions into structured analyses
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus

Nice to Have

Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
Background in statistics, economics, or business intelligence
Experience working in agile or remote teams
