🧩 Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to charter inquiries via phone, email, and CRM platforms
Prepare accurate flight quotes using internal pricing tools and market data
Negotiate contracts and close charter sales with high attention to detail
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, corporate clients, and VIP travelers
Coordinate with flight operations to ensure smooth execution of booked charters
Track leads, conversions, and client preferences using CRM software
Stay informed on aviation trends, competitor pricing, and seasonal demand shifts

Proven experience in aviation sales, charter brokerage, or luxury travel
