Promenade are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Director to join our dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of marketing operations strategies that align with overall company objectives.
Oversee and analyze marketing data to derive actionable insights and improve overall campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing initiatives.
Manage the marketing technology stack and supervise the implementation of new tools and platforms.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing operations.
Facilitate communication between the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation processes.
Provide ongoing training and support to marketing team members regarding best practices in marketing operations.

What You We Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing operations or analytics, with a strong understanding of marketing metrics.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; preference for candidates with experience in a similar industry.
