About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a results-driven Conversion Sales Agent to engage with Brazilian-speaking customers who have made their first deposit and convert them into active traders. This is a new role where you will play a key part in fostering strong relationships and driving customer engagement.

Our ideal candidate is fluent in both Brazilian Portuguese and English and has experience in the Forex/Fintech or iGaming industries. The role involves client calls (90% of the time), as well as handling emails, client meetings, working with CRM systems, and collaborating with the retention team to optimize engagement strategies.

This is a full-time remote position (5/2) in the Brazil time zone (UTC−3).

Tasks

Initiate contact with new leads via phone.
Build strong relationships with potential clients to convert them into active traders.
Understand client needs and guide them through their account.
Meet and exceed individual and team-based sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools.
Deliver exceptional financial and product knowledge.
Work closely with retention teams to align conversion strategies.

Requirements

At least 1 year of proven experience in sales/BDM.
Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese (B2).
Knowledge of trading platforms or financial markets.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable working in a high-pressure, KPI-driven environment.
Strong work ethic and commitment to hitting daily productivity (minimum 30 qualifying calls/day).
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Availability to work full-time.

Nice to have

Experience in Forex or iGaming.
Fluent in Spanish.
