Role Overview:

Revefi is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) with 2-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and contributing to revenue growth. This role requires immediate contribution—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential enterprise clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine fit and potential value, ensuring alignment with Revefi’s solutions.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and progress in the CRM system, providing regular updates to management.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Early stage Startup experience
2-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to learn to understand customer environment, needs and challenges.
Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Tools: Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Seamless.

Preferred:

Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Data management or analytics.
