Summary

As a Senior Consultant at ROI, you are a key member of an account team, dedicated to supporting client success through change enablement, communication strategy, execution and communication ecosystem support. In this role, you are responsible for overall project management, research and analysis, content development and deliverable creation.

Our ideal candidate is experienced in managing projects from start to finish, executing strategic communication and engagement plans, building strong client relationships and working in fast-paced, high-energy environments. Strong writing and editing skills are a must. This role is ideal for people who enjoy deep involvement in hands-on work to drive client success.

Essential Functions

Support client engagement success by:
providing project management, which includes managing stakeholders, creating timelines and coordinating deliverables and meetings.
conducting research.
analyzing and summarizing data.
creating, editing, coordinating and finalizing content. This includes incorporating stakeholder input.
assisting with communication plan development.
creating, managing and coordinating specific communication deliverables, such as editorial calendars, newsletters and events (All Hands, Town Halls, etc.).
creating presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.

Skills and Abilities

Education
Bachelor's degree (four-year college or technical school) required
Master’s degree preferred; field of study: communications or marketing
Experience
3+ years designing complex strategic communication plans
3-4 years in communication, marketing or related field
2+ years consulting preferred
Technical Skills
Proficient in standard business software and technology platforms.
Ability to learn technology applications quickly.
