Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with AI developers to enhance voice recognition and synthesis capabilities.
Provide expert guidance on a wide variety of accents and regional dialects for AI voice training purposes.
Lead intensive voice coaching sessions, emphasizing dialect accuracy and expressive speech.
Evaluate and refine AI-generated audio outputs for clarity, authenticity, and consistency.
Develop comprehensive training materials and exercises for AI voice modulation and inflection.
Assist in the iterative testing and optimization of the AI's accent and dialect performance.
Document training progress, findings, and recommendations for the wider development team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a professional acting teacher, voice coach, or voice acting instructor.
Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of accents and regional dialects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, care, and precision.
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Experience in voice directing for diverse performance-based projects.

Nice to have:

Background in AI, speech technology, or technology-driven voice projects.
Awareness of trends and best practices in voice synthesis, speech technology, and AI learning.
Experience developing detailed, structured voice training modules or curriculum.
