RYZ Labs is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to support our sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on developing strategies to expand our market presence and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to identify and penetrate new markets.
Develop tailored sales strategies to target potential clients effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and are delivered efficiently.
Achieve sales targets and quotas, providing regular updates to senior management.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track outreach efforts.
Generate sales reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Experience in an outbound sales role is desired but not required.
Advanced English skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn how to design and implement effective sales strategies.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
