Our client is seeking a reliable Human Resources Representative to support our people operations and administrative needs located anywhere in Latin America. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information. Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and handling documentation.
Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
Help organize and coordinate onboarding for new employees.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive information.
Collaborate with management to ensure HR processes are followed consistently.
Provide administrative support to the HR department and Management as needed.
Manage assigned tasks efficiently to support daily operations.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
1-3 years of HR-related experience or education is a plus.
Currently based in Latin America.
Laptop & access to high speed internet.
English Level of B2 or higher.
