Speridian Technologies are looking for a detail-oriented Workday Finance Reporting Analyst to join our part-time team as a vital member of our finance department, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting through the Workday system. What We Want

Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial reports using Workday, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights for consolidated reporting.
Assist in the implementation and optimization of Workday financial reporting processes.
Conduct regular audits of financial data in Workday to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Develop and maintain documentation of reporting processes and procedures for team reference.
Provide support and training to team members on leveraging Workday for reporting needs.
Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting efficiency and effectiveness.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Proven experience using Workday, preferably in a finance reporting capacity.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on reporting.
Possession of industry-standard certifications such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
