Our members have a combined total following of more than 300 million on social media. Most of our influencers have been creating content that has been driving sales for years. They are savvy shoppers that cross promote and achieve high ROI. We work with more than 700 top brands, including Coach, Kate Spade, Nordstrom, Target, Converse, Crocs and Michael Kors. In December 2021, BrandCycle was acquired by StackCommerce, the leader in commerce content for publishers.

The Role:

BrandCycle is looking to hire a Business Development Representative for a 100% remote position. This individual will leverage BrandCycle’s influencer community to secure paid influencer collaborations with brands that are new to our business and members. This is a great opportunity to get in with a fast-growing team at a pivotal time in the company’s growth.

What You'll Do:

Brand Investments: Research and identify potential brands and companies interested in influencer marketing campaigns for BrandCycle’s brand awareness/affiliate influencer efforts.

Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and social media to introduce influencer campaign services aligned with BrandCycle’s value proposition.
Qualify leads based on brand goals, budget, and campaign scope.
Educate prospects on the benefits and ROI of influencer marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients interested in brand awareness, affiliate and media opportunities.

Brand Management: Actively manage secured brand relationships. Act as day-to-day point person as well as strategic lead on growing brands’ influencer revenue with BrandCycle’s influencer network.

Schedule discovery meetings with prospects and an account executive to discuss campaign opportunities and customization.
Track outreach efforts and maintain Hubspot CRM records for all prospect interactions.
Stay updated on current influencer trends, platform changes, and industry best practices.
Gather client feedback and insights to improve outreach and service offerings.
Represent the company at industry events and influencer marketing conferences.

What You'll Bring:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and/or sales within Influencer Marketing or Creator Marketing.
Strong track record of building and cultivating relationships with brand and affiliate managers. Has an existing rolodex of relationships.
Proven self-starter with a history in exceeding revenue goals.
Comfortable with new and emerging digital platforms and tools.
Highly proficient at Hubspot, ZoomInfo & LinkedIn
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on and prioritize tasks.
Bachelor’s degree required.

Compensation:

Our overall compensation and rewards package includes base pay, bonus or commission, and a variety of benefits. Base pay is determined within a range that allows you the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is$69,000-$80,000. OTE including commission earned is up to $89,000-$100,000 (this range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions). Your initial base pay will be determined based on several factors, including demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and job location.
