Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development of Semiconductor IPs in Mainland China.

Managing and growing China Team for Semiconductor IP Sales

Sales, key accounts management, sales strategies

Well-connected with Targeted companies and key decision makers

Close collaboration with Marketing and Technical support team

Execute the necessary daily activities to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

Ability to operate with a global team

Proficiency in spoken and written English

Qualification:

5-10 years of experience in Semiconductor IP sales

Previous employment with leading Semiconductor IP companies

Semiconductor Technology background/degree is preferred

Ability to manage and grow a local team and business

Proactive mentality and can work well in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Team player with a customer-focused attitude

Strong focus and time management skills

Open to international travel for attending events, meetings with customers, etc.

REQUIREMENT:

5-10 years of sales experience in the Semiconductor IP industry

Detailed knowledge of the Semiconductor Market, ASIC Design Flow etc.

Bachelor’s in Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering

Proficiency in spoken and written English
