About the Role

Techno Vista Dynamics is seeking an Offensive Security Engineer to conduct advanced security assessments, simulate real-world cyberattacks, and help strengthen enterprise security postures. This role goes beyond traditional penetration testing—it focuses on active exploitation, adversary simulation, and red teaming techniques to assess security resilience.

As part of this role, you will identify, exploit, and document security weaknesses in applications, networks, and cloud environments. If you have experience in bypassing security controls, lateral movement, and obtaining shell access in ethical testing environments, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Execute offensive security assessments across web applications, cloud environments, and internal networks.
Develop and deploy custom attack techniques to bypass security mechanisms such as WAFs, EDRs, and IDS/IPS.
Perform privilege escalation, lateral movement, and post-exploitation techniques on compromised environments.
Identify command injection, deserialization vulnerabilities, and authentication bypasses for gaining access.
Simulate real-world adversarial attacks, including red teaming and advanced persistent threat (APT) scenarios.
Conduct covert attack simulations to assess how well detection and response systems perform under real attack conditions.
Work with security teams, developers, and IT administrators to implement robust security hardening strategies.
Provide technical security reports detailing exploit findings and actionable recommendations.
Stay ahead of emerging attack techniques, zero-day vulnerabilities, and new exploitation methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience in offensive security, red teaming, or ethical hacking in real-world environments.
Deep knowledge of exploitation techniques, including remote code execution (RCE), authentication bypass, and shell access exploitation.
Hands-on experience with post-exploitation tools and frameworks such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Empire, or Covenant.
Proficiency in manual security testing and exploit development beyond automated scanners.
Expertise in web security, cloud security, and infrastructure penetration testing.
Familiarity with network protocols, Active Directory security, and cloud IAM misconfigurations.
Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell for exploit development.
Ability to bypass modern security defenses (WAF, EDR, SIEM evasion).

Preferred Qualifications:

Recognized security certifications (OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, CRTO, GXPN) are a plus.
Experience in bug bounty programs, responsible disclosures, or APT simulations.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux post-exploitation techniques.
Background in reverse engineering, malware analysis, or exploit writing.
