Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in ERP, eCommerce, and systems integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, and a proven track record of translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, enable seamless integrations, and ensure the delivery of effective solutions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Partner with business stakeholders to capture, document, and prioritize requirements across ERP, eCommerce, and integration projects.
Analyze current systems and workflows, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.

ERP & eCommerce Integrations

Support end-to-end integration initiatives between ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, and third-party applications.
Collaborate with developers and architects to design and validate integration workflows, preferably using Dell Boomi or similar middleware.
Ensure seamless data flow between Shopify (or other eCommerce platforms) and ERP systems.

Project Support & Delivery

Work closely with project managers, solution architects, and developers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
Participate in system testing, UAT, and rollout activities to validate solutions meet business needs.
Support the preparation of training materials and documentation for end users.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams.
Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and escalate issues when necessary.
Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP and eCommerce projects.
Experience with Shopify
Strong understanding of ERP workflows (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, etc.).
Familiarity with integration tools (preferably Dell Boomi) and APIs.
Strong documentation and process-mapping skills (BRDs, functional specs, workflows).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with minimal oversight.
