TPT Global Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data related to our telecommunications and technology services. This role is essential for ensuring the integrity of our databases and supporting our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input and update data into our internal databases and spreadsheets.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring high-quality standards.
Organize and maintain electronic files and records related to projects and client information.
Assist in generating reports and summaries for internal use and client inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality across platforms.
Perform regular data backups and adhere to data security protocols.
Respond to data inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in technology or telecommunications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Schedule

Part-time position, approximately 15-20 hours per week.
