Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping customers resolve their technical issues. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in our support ticketing system.
Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including FAQs, user guides, and troubleshooting articles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
Strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and networking concepts.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
