We are seeking a passionate and motivated Account Management Intern to join our dynamic team as a part-time position, this role is ideal for students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program who are eager to gain hands-on experience in account management. You will work in a collaborative and supportive environment where you can contribute to real projects and make a tangible impact on our clients and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the management of client accounts by maintaining communication and developing relationships.

Support the account management team in preparing reports and presentations for clients.

Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.

Conduct research for client projects and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Help to ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered with quality standards.

Respond to client inquiries and address issues with swift resolution.

Contribute to team brainstorming sessions to enhance client service strategies.

What We Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred experience in customer service or a related internship.

If available, familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Must be available to work part-time hours, approximately 20 hours per week.
