We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Live Chat Specialist to join our remote support team. This role is focused on providing prompt, professional, and friendly assistance to customers via live chat. You will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, helping to resolve issues and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments
Maintain customer records and update interactions in the system
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

Requirements:

Must be a current resident of the United States or Canada
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
Strong written communication and typing skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
