The Role

At this time, we are looking for L3 support engineers to join our team and provide support to one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support/triage (L2&L3 support only) and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, security, backups, and cloud services
Manage and maintain deployed applications in Azure including custom and off-the-shelf software and components
Monitor and optimize IT performance, availability, and reliability
Coordinate and collaborate with other IT engineering teams and vendors

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as an engineer

Our recruitment process

Recruiter Screen (30 mins)
Interview 1 - Fit interview w/ HM (30 min)
Interview 2 - Tech Interview I (45 to 1 hour).
Interview 3 - Tech Interview II (45 to 1 hour).
