This position will be held by an individual with proven experience in developing new, deep, and sustainable relationships with business partners, interfacing with senior levels of an organization with the ability to sell the strategic relevance of WorkWave's suite of solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Prospect and recruit potential partners across a wide sector of industries that offer the quickest and most sustainable path to net new revenue, including global companies in the CRM, GPS, ERP, eCommerce industries.
Business development responsibilities for finding and contacting new VAR partners, as well as, ongoing management of these relationships.
Work with an assigned set of focused partners to build the required relationships to create mutually beneficial business plans leading to workable opportunities.
Working closely with channel marketing to provide the partner network with material that helps them drive new business.
Identify and build pipelines from the associated base of allocated partners.
Manage the ongoing education for partner solutions.
Understanding of field service marketplace including the transportation and logistics industry

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

10 years combination experience of partner development, general business & sales and in ever increasing roles of responsibility and accountability.
Has proven and demonstrated ability to communicate, influence, and manage executive level relationships with little to no direction
Experience in developing and managing complex, strategic partnering relationships including contract management.
Has a highly organized working style: ability to handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously through a systematic approach
Will be capable of determining the effectiveness of an approach and able to make the appropriate adjustment to achieve maximum results.
Experience as a quota driven executive in both expanding the number of partners and driving revenue across these channels.
