Core Responsibilities

Inbox & Email Management

Oversee and organize Josh's inbox with strategic prioritization of messages
Compose, send, and respond to emails on Josh's behalf with appropriate tone and professionalism
Implement and maintain an effective system for tracking important emails and necessary follow-ups

Task & Follow-Up Management

Maintain comprehensive tracking of Josh's to-do items and deliverables
Develop and execute a structured system for managing tasks, reminders, and deadlines
Take initiative on checking outstanding items and ensuring timely resolution

Calendar & Schedule Management

Coordinate Josh's calendar with efficient time-blocking for various commitments
Proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts
Ensure Josh's time is optimized for productivity

Administrative Support

Handle diverse administrative responsibilities including document organization and research
Support workflow efficiency through appropriate use of technology and AI tools
Assist with occasional project coordination as needed

Email Efficiency: Maintain a well-organized inbox with prompt handling of critical communications and consistent follow-up
Task Management: Implement effective systems that allow Josh to focus on high-priority responsibilities
